In this permanent, full-time onsite role at Burleigh Heads, you'll join a small and supportive AP team and report to our experienced Accounts Payable Team Leader. Here's a taste of what you'll be up to: Accurately process and code supplier invoices, ensuring correct GST treatment and compliance with accounting standards. Monthly reconciliation on supplier accounts. Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and filing systems. Support month-end and year-end close activities. Collaborate with the finance team to improve cost accuracy and reporting. Assist in identifying and implementing AP process improvements.
