The recently redeveloped RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort sits on the pristine shores of Coral Bay, a gateway to the World Heritage-listed Ningaloo Marine Park. Featuring 90 modern units, a resort-style pool, ocean-view dining, a contemporary clubhouse, and sustainable features like solar power and EV charging, it offers an unparalleled coastal experience. Ahead of our grand reopening in mid-2026, we’re seeking reliable and hands-on full-time & casual Grounds & Maintenance Officers to support the presentation and upkeep of the resort’s facilities, gardens, and equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical outdoor work and wants to be part of a brand-new resort team in a spectacular coastal location. What will you be doing? Maintain lawns, gardens, and resort grounds to RAC standards. Carry out general maintenance and repairs across facilities and equipment. Clean and service common areas including BBQs, kitchens, and amenities. Safely handle and store chemicals and hazardous substances. Assist with paving, small construction, and gardening projects. Respond to guest requests and escalate where required. Complete daily records and ensure WHS compliance at all times. What are we looking for in you? Previous experience in grounds, gardening, or maintenance roles. Practical skills in repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of facilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a guest-focused attitude. Flexibility to work a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays. Driver’s Licence required.
