ABOUT OUR CLIENT Our client is an ASX-listed global financial services organisation who are seeking a Senior Enterprise Compliance Manager to join the team in a newly created role. ABOUT THE ROLE They are seeking a Senior Enterprise Compliance Manager specialising in superannuation. This Melbourne or Sydney-based role reports directly to the Head of Compliance. The position is pivotal in supporting the superannuation business as they enhance, build and implement strong line 2 compliance practices across the business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Advise on compliance for superannuation, prudential standards, and regulatory matters; Manage compliance incidents, breaches, and remediation; Maintain compliance registers and monitoring programs; Review vendor compliance and conduct audits; Represent compliance in forums and escalate issues as needed; Deliver compliance training to staff and stakeholders; Prepare compliance reports for governance bodies; and Monitor and implement regulatory changes. KEY QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in superannuation compliance; Has a proven ability to manage incidents, report breaches, and engage effectively with regulators such as APRA, ASIC, and AUSTRAC. Tertiary qualifications in law, economics, business, commerce or related field preferred; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Highly motivated, energetic, and capable of working autonomously; AND Ability to perform under tight deadlines.
