The Opportunity We’re seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to take your career to the next level. Based in Laverton, you’ll own the full sales cycle—identifying and securing new business, delivering tailored transport solutions, and growing a loyal client portfolio. This is a highly autonomous role where your drive and expertise will directly contribute to the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and close new business opportunities Build and maintain a strong, consistent sales pipeline Deliver customised transport solutions that exceed client expectations Manage and expand a portfolio of both new and existing clients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery Skills & Experience 5 years’ sales experience in the transport and logistics sector (bulk pallet freight experience highly regarded) Proven track record of business development success and achieving sales targets Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Solution-oriented with a passion for building strong, long-term client relationships Self-motivated and confident working independently office based and out on the road.
