Key Responsibilities: Support brokers and account managers with workers' compensation policy renewals, documentation preparation, and client communications. Support basic injury management coordination, including scheduling medical case conferences and claim reviews. Maintain accurate client records and assist in preparing reports for clients and insurers. Contribute to return-to-work planning and liaise with insurers, rehabilitation providers, and clients to ensure smooth claim handling.
