This will be a busy, high-performing restaurant from day one, so you’ll need to be ready to hit the ground running. We’re looking for a Senior Assistant Restaurant Manager to help run a brand-new restaurant. You’ll work alongside the Restaurant General Manager to lead the team, make sure the restaurant runs smoothly, and deliver a great experience for every guest. This is a hands-on role where your leadership and energy will make a real difference. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including FOH and BOH teams. Coach, develop, and mentor team members and shift leaders. Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training to ensure operational readiness. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards. Manage inventory, including stocktake, ordering, and minimising wastage. Help with rostering, shift planning, and succession pathways for your team. Contribute to driving sales, KPIs, and overall restaurant performance. We’re Looking For Someone Who: Has minimum 3 years’ experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager. Ideally comes from fast-food or casual dining operations. Demonstrates strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Is proactive, solutions-focused, and able to perform under pressure. Brings energy, confidence, and a positive presence to every shift.
