Company An opportunity has just arisen for a HSE Advisor to join one of the highest regarded Pipeline Construction Companies in Australia. With a highly decorated history, they are committed to delivering excellence in pipeline construction across Australia. They are seeking to appoint an experienced HSE Advisor to commence in January 2026 to help deliver a major water pipeline project in regional Victoria. Role As a HSE Advisor, you will be a key figure within the business; ensuring that all staff, contractors, subcontractors and service providers operate in the appropriate manner with the applicable project controls and processes. Responsibilities include; Daily site inspections basis to identify and rectify safety breaches and potential hazards. Monitor and enforce the requirements for use of PPE Attend and contribute to the site safety committee meetings and follow up agreed actions. Induct all trade contractor site personnel and site personnel in site-specific requirements. Monitor all safety records and ensure filing is kept up to date. Promote safe work practices during the Construction process. Qualifications To secure a role, you will need to have a proven history in the delivery of pipeline projects, a cert IV in OH&S, have extensive industry tickets/qualifications, have current first aid qualifications and have a training & assessment qualification. In addition, your operating style will be collaborative, your administration skills strong and you will be approachable by nature. This role is offered on DIDO basis with a 10:4 Roster and a great salary package including LAFHA will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
