Contract Administrator – 6-Month Contract Education Project | Western Sydney ASAP Start | Leading Commercial Builder Are you an experienced Contract Administrator looking for your next contract opportunity? Our client, a reputable commercial builder with a strong pipeline of work, is seeking a capable CA to join their team on a major education project in Western Sydney . This is a 6-month contract role with an immediate start. About the Role Working closely with the Project Manager and site team, you will be responsible for end-to-end contract administration on a fast-paced institutional build. You’ll ensure accurate cost control, procurement, and document management across all project stages. Key Responsibilities Assist with procurement and negotiation of subcontractor packages Prepare, review, and manage contracts, variations, and progress claims Maintain project cost tracking and financial reporting Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders Manage documentation through Jobpac and Aconex Support the project team to ensure timely and compliant delivery About You Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction Strong understanding of subcontractor procurement and contract management Previous experience on education or institutional projects (desirable) Proficient with Jobpac and Aconex Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills Able to start ASAP and commit to a 6-month contract What’s On Offer 6-month contract with a respected tier-2 builder Collaborative project team and supportive site environment Competitive hourly / daily rate Opportunity to work on a landmark education facility in Western Sydney How to Apply If you’re ready to hit the ground running and add value to a high-profile project, please submit your CV via the APPLY button.
