Roles Available F&B Attendants Waitstaff Bartenders (cocktails welcome, not essential) What We’re Looking For Minimum 12 months hospitality experience Calm and confident in busy service Reliable and consistent Great communication and teamwork Willing to learn and improve Positive attitude on shift Italian or à la carte experience is helpful but not essential. Minimum Requirements Available Friday and Saturday nights (non-negotiable) Sunday availability is a bonus 12 months experience NSW RSA/RCG or willing to obtain Australian work rights Comfortable with fast-paced, high-volume service Growth and Opportunities Strong performers will have opportunities to step into team-leader style responsibilities over time.
