About You You’re an experienced Civil Engineer who enjoys leading, mentoring, and producing high-quality outcomes. You’ll bring: 8 years’ experience in civil engineering design and project delivery. Strong background in stormwater, drainage, bulk earthworks, and grading. Experience with Civil works on Buildings projects (e.g. Education, Health, Aged-Care, Commercial, Shopping Centres etc) Familiarity with Civil 3D or 12D; confident overseeing and giving guidance to designers and drafters. Sound knowledge of DRAINS, HEC-RAS, and MUSIC (advantageous but not essential). Experience preparing fee proposals and participating in client or strategy meetings. Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external stakeholders. About the Role This role offers a mix of project management, technical oversight, and client interaction. You will: Manage the design and delivery of civil works for urban development building projects. Review and guide technical documentation prepared by designers and junior engineers. Prepare and contribute to fee proposals and project scopes. Attend project and strategy meetings, ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations.
