YOU 4–6 years of experience in civil design for land development or urban infrastructure. Solid skills in roads, stormwater/drainage, earthworks, pavements, OSD and WSUD and preparing drawings and sections. Experience in Civil works related to Subdivisions, Industrial Warehousing essential. Strong competence with Civil 3D, MUSIC & DRAINS - essential. The ability to manage your own design tasks without constant direction. Clear communication and a collaborative approach with colleagues, clients, and project partners. A genuine interest in practical design — turning technical inputs into workable solutions. Someone keen to learn and grow towards CPEng is the type of person that would work well. THE ROLE Produce road layouts, drainage designs, levels, and bulk earthworks for urban development projects. Prepare quality drawings and documentation ready for construction. Coordinate with survey, geo, and environmental teams to ensure smooth design delivery. Participate in project reviews, problem-solving discussions, and design improvements.
