The Product & Styling Specialist is a newly created role at Lorna jane. Created to bring the full story of our garments to life. This role connects product, storytelling, and education across every touchpoint bring the full story of our garments to life You will be the link between product, styling, and education, and will guide how our collections are styled across campaigns, eCommerce, and influencer content. You will own the product knowledge that helps internal teams and customers understand the features, fabrications, and innovations behind our brand. If you know how to style with intention, communicate with clarity, and connect teams through storytelling this role is for you. What you’ll do: Curate styling for shoots, campaigns and influencer content with brand alignment Lead product education across retail, head office and customer-facing materials Translate technical features into clear, benefit-driven content and training tools Collaborate across design, marketing, retail, and VM to ensure consistency Manage the Product Knowledge Manual and internal product training sessions Own styling guidance, signage, garment tagging and digital content You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have strong styling experience with an eye for detail and storytelling Understand activewear fabrics, performance features, and consumer mindsets Are confident writing and reviewing product descriptions, signage and brochures Love translating product knowledge into engaging, practical education Have experience working cross-functionally across design, marketing and retail Are a proactive, organised collaborator who leads with energy and clarity Why Lorna Jane?We’re a purpose-led brand built by women, for women.
