About the role Based in Tennyson, a leading milling, manufacturing, and distributor of flour-based food products are looking for an experienced Weighbridge Operator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. Hours are 6am - 2pm, Monday to Friday (start times can vary) Duties Operate the WinCos system to manage product transfers and loading. Operate the weighbridge system to track and record load management. Load vehicles in compliance with product, quantity, and quality requirements. Ensure inventory accuracy and equipment cleanliness per the cleaning schedule. Use SAP to request maintenance tasks and maintain accurate operational records. Communicate effectively with management, customer service and transport operators. Report incidents impacting customers promptly. Ensure delivery dockets and certificates of analysis are accurate and complete. Skills and experience Ability to read and write in English. Experience working within a food manufacturing or processing environment. Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and food safety principles. Experience in truck loading, sealing, and weighbridge operations. Working knowledge of SAP and WinCos systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
