As a Sr. Project Manager, you ensure strong governance and strategic alignment across all phases of delivery. Responsibilities include defining and managing scope, translating business needs into measurable outcomes, and maintaining compliance with enterprise methodologies. You work closely with stakeholders to gain agreement, adapt plans as needed, and ensure clarity around roles and decision-making processes. You oversee project execution by managing financials, risks, issues, and vendor relationships. This includes tracking progress against milestones, implementing testing strategies, and capturing learnings for future initiatives. Partnering with service delivery teams and business stakeholders is key to maintaining engagement and achieving successful outcomes. The role also involves leading and supporting diverse teams through resource planning, capability development, and coaching. You ensure team members are equipped to deliver, complete mandatory training, and operate within clear performance structures. By fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment, you enable individuals to thrive and contribute to program success. What do I need? Extensive experience leading and delivering complex programs across both business and technology domains, with a strong focus on business-led initiatives within banking or financial services. Proven success managing programs with budgets between $5M and $20M, ensuring delivery of strategic outcomes and financial accountability. Strong background in mortgage-related initiatives, with a deep understanding of lending processes, customer experience, and regulatory considerations. Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and navigating diverse stakeholder expectations across multiple business areas. Experienced in managing programs with extended timelines, moderate risk and impact, and limited interdependencies. Familiar with Oracle Banking Platform (OBP), with the ability to integrate platform capabilities into program delivery.
