The Role We are seeking three Cortex Security Engineers to join our team supporting national security initiatives. You will be responsible for deploying and managing Palo Alto Cortex XDR and related technologies in secure environments. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about endpoint detection and response (EDR), threat hunting, and automation in high-side environments. Key Responsibilities Deploy and manage Cortex XDR across secure networks. Monitor and respond to security events and incidents. Develop detection rules and automate response playbooks. Collaborate with SOC and IR teams to enhance threat visibility. Provide technical input into security architecture and strategy. What You’ll Need Australian Citizenship with an active NV1 or NV2 Security Clearance . Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Cortex XDR or similar EDR platforms. Strong knowledge of threat detection, response, and endpoint security. Experience working in classified or high-security environments. Scripting or automation experience (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
