This permanent role is based on a ~7000ha mixed enterprise located approximately close to Penola, SA. The farm includes ~3600ha of cropping (potatoes, onions, barley, wheat, canola, beans) and livestock (~6000 sheep, ~100 cattle). The successful candidate will spend 70–80% of their time operating sprayers, with the remainder assisting with general tractor work and harvest support. The role requires strong spraying experience, ideally in horticulture, though broadacre experience will be considered. You’ll, report to a senior team member and collaborate with an agronomist/irrigation specialist. Precision and care in chemical handling are essential due to the variety of crops and chemical applications.
