Your Opportunity An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead the team in our client’s flagship store located in the inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne. This hands-on role will see you working closely with an experienced Senior Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive team performance, and uphold the high service standards the brand is known for. The position offers a Monday–Friday roster with every second Saturday, and one weekday off each fortnight. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a small retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences Oversee daily store operations, including sales, stock control, cash handling, and customer service Ensure policies and procedures are followed for efficiency and compliance Identify opportunities to drive sales and improve store performance Coach, mentor, and develop staff to achieve their potential Maintain an organised, professional, and welcoming store environment Your Profile You’re a proactive, customer-focused leader who thrives on balancing operational responsibilities with people development. As an experienced retail professional, you take pride in leading by example and maintaining a well-organised, welcoming store environment. Calm under pressure and highly organised, you genuinely enjoy building connections with both your customers and your team.
