About the role Exciting opportunity to join a reputable team who have been providing Physiotherapy services to Sydney's Inner West for more than 10 years! This is a permanent position, with part time or full time hours on offer. You'll become an integral part of the team, working alongside experienced staff as well as new graduates and supportive administration team. The role will see you working with a varied caseload including MSK, Pilates, Post op rehab as well as Women's Health. If you're passionate about a particular element of Physiotherapy then this will be highly encouraged! Key Responsibilities: Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for clients Delivering a range of physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records Participating in team meetings and professional development activities What we're looking for A tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Demonstrated experience in a similar physiotherapy role, with a strong understanding of physiotherapy principles and best practices. (Minimum 2-3 years within private practice) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and other healthcare professionals Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for providing high-quality, evidence-based care and a commitment to continuous professional development Benefits: The client is committed to supporting their employees' personal and professional growth.
