About the Role As Growth Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the full digital acquisition ecosystem. This is a hands-on, mid-senior role suited to someone who is both highly technical and commercially minded responsible for driving measurable uplift across paid media, SEO, website conversions, Salesforce-driven automation and partnerships. You will bring structure, clarity and uplift to all performance channels and lead improvements across the marketing-to-sales pipeline. The role is supported by a digital team member, with you providing direction on priorities and quality control. This role has a clear pathway toward senior leadership for a high performer. Key Responsibilities Manage paid media performance and lift lead quality Improve SEO, rankings, organic traffic and content structure Optimise funnels, landing pages and website conversion Build and grow real estate agent engagement program Develop and scale existing and potential new partnerships Lead Salesforce-driven journeys across nurture, onboarding and follow-up Analyse CPL, conversion rates, attribution accuracy and channel ROI Provide clear insights at weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews What You’ll Bring Strong digital marketing experience across paid, SEO, CRO and analytics Confidence working with Salesforce journeys, attribution and automation Ability to analyse performance data and make clear commercial recommendations Experience improving funnels, landing pages and user experience Strong grasp of lead generation, high intention audiences or service-based marketing Ability to work hands-on while shaping longer-term strategy Ability to manage and mentor a digital team member Clear communicator able to educate stakeholders and bring structure Why work at Ownit?
