With a really strong market presence, this is an awesome team to work for! ABOUT THE ROLE AND ABOUT YOU This is a permanent full time Monday to Friday position. You will be working closely with a Team Leader and working to support a highly successful commercial sales and leasing & marketing department. This is considered a more entry level/ junior role, you will be provided with excellent training and mentorship to ensure you learn all aspects of the position, but we need someone with an excellent work ethic, a positive 'how can I help?' attitude and want to make this role a success for all parties. A typical day will include tasks (but not limited to) such as; Preparation of Commercial Leases, Disclosure Statements, Surrenders, Transfers, Offers to Lease, Licence Agreements Letters and various correspondence Preparation of Heads of Agreement to Purchase Preparation of Contract of Sale for digital signature Preparation of Commercial Sale and Leasing Authorities Monitor settlements and obtain confirmation from Solicitors, Account Sales Finalise Sale and Leasing files Allocate DEFT numbers and track deposit payments Credit checks, company enquiries, tenant checks, title searches Record owner details from title and company searches Some reception coverage when required We are looking for a resilient, super organised, team player who enjoys working with a busy team.
