With strong growth and a loyal client base, they're now seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead their in-house design team and drive creative and technical excellence across their projects. The Role You'll oversee the design function from concept through to pre-construction, ensuring designs are practical, cost-effective, and align with each client's vision. This role will suit someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about combining aesthetic design with buildability. Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor the internal design and drafting team Oversee all design documentation and ensure compliance with NCC and local council requirements Collaborate closely with estimating, construction and client-facing teams Drive continuous improvement in design processes and quality control Liaise with clients and consultants to deliver innovative, functional, and buildable designs About You Proven experience in residential design management or senior drafting/architecture roles within a BUILDER!
