What you’ll do: Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate staff member, taking messages. Customer and Subcontractor Focus. Responding to emails and booking service calls in Pronto computer system. Greet all incoming and outgoing incoming freight. Ensure kitchen stock and stationary supplies are kept at a reasonable level at all times. Raising purchase orders for stock, materials as required. Processing Invoices.
