With a thriving reputation in paediatric development, they're now seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to lead and inspire a dynamic t eam of 12 clinicians working with NDIS participants aged 0-17. This clinic-based role is your chance to shape a service, mentor emerging talent, and make a real impact across a diverse caseload — primarily supporting children with ADHD, Autism, and developmental delays . What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of Speech Pathologists and allied health professionals. Manage a small, purposeful clinical caseload to stay connected to practice. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary setting to deliver best-practice care. Contribute to clinical strategy, service improvement, and team culture.
