About the Role Reporting to the Information Systems Manager, this role is responsible for identifying and documenting business processes and software requirements to support IT’s involvement in broader business-driven projects. You’ll act as a strategic partner to various business units, ensuring IT solutions are aligned with organisational goals and deliver real value. Key Responsibilities: Analyse and document business processes and software requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into actionable IT deliverables. Prepare project documentation including briefs, business cases, and RFPs. Support solution design and validate alignment with business strategies. Maintain strong relationships across business units and IT teams. Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in systems and processes. What You’ll Bring: 5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or Solutions Partner role. FMCG industry experience is essential Strong analytical and documentation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Experience with enterprise systems, preferably SAP and Microsoft platforms.
