What You’ll Do Drive new business development across the construction sector Build and manage relationships with hiring managers, project teams and site supervisors Conduct regular follow-up calls , nurture warm leads and manage repeat client interactions Manage job ads, shortlisting and placement coordination Deliver high-quality service to clients and candidates across the full recruitment cycle What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you must have : Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience Experience in a role where you handled recurring follow-ups , repeat customers or ongoing relationship management Confidence on the phone and a natural ability to build rapport Resilience, drive and a competitive mindset Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple tasks Motivation to hit targets, grow a desk and earn strong commission Sales backgrounds that work well: account management, telesales, business development, trades supply, labour hire, construction materials sales, or similar.
