Our client based in the Pilbara seeks Maintenance Supervisor in Port Hedland. On offer is ongoing work. Locals to Pert Hedland are encouraged to apply. They will also consider a FIFO roster on an 8 & 6 or a 9 & 5 Accommodation and messing supplied at a camp in Port Hedland About the Role: Supervise daily maintenance of production mining equipment Lead and support a team of capable mechanics and contractors Plan, schedule and execute preventative and breakdown maintenance Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement timely repairs Oversee parts inventory, procurement and workshop process Ensure full compliance with WHS and site safety requirements Work closely with site leadership to meet KPI's About you: Proven experience supervising a workshop/maintenance team on a mine site Cert III Mobile Plant Technology Trade qualification (preferred) Must have Schedule 26 (Statutory Supervisor Course) National Police Clearance and White Card required Strong understanding of mobile plant maintenance and planning Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety, reliability and continuous improvement Interested?
