Resourceful Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Structural Engineer to join a specialist team delivering inspections, condition assessments, and remediation across water infrastructure projects. This role offers exposure to dams, reservoirs, bridges, and related structures, with opportunities to develop technical and practical expertise. Responsibilities: Conduct inspections and assessments of water infrastructure assets, including dams, reservoirs, and bridges. Work with site teams to capture data and support condition reporting. Assist with remediation projects, including defect assessment, materials testing, and drafting repair recommendations. Support drafting, design, and as-constructed documentation. Contribute to small projects within the engineering team and liaise with clients and internal departments. About You: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or related engineering discipline. 2–5 years’ experience in civil, structural, or water infrastructure projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Practical, hands-on mindset with an interest in site work and inspections. Understanding of engineering principles, materials, and relevant Australian standards. Reliable, organised, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
