We are currently seeking a hands-on, people-focused Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead a strong team, and deliver outstanding customer fulfilment performance. About the Role As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating all warehouse functions, including receiving, inventory control, order processing, dispatch, quality, and safety. You'll lead a team of 18, ensure DIFOT targets are achieved, and drive continuous improvement across the operation. Key Responsibilities Leadership & People Management Lead, coach, and support a team. Set clear performance expectations and foster a positive, collaborative work culture. Provide feedback, training, and development opportunities. Operational Oversight Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch. Maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity across all functions. Ensure all warehouse documentation is accurate and compliant. Customer Fulfilment & DIFOT Manage customer delivery performance, ensuring orders are shipped in full and on time. Monitor fulfillment metrics and work closely with other departments to address delays or issues. Analyse data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Quality & Safety Implement and uphold quality control standards across the warehouse. Conduct regular audits and ensure adherence to company and customer requirements. Maintain a safe working environment and lead regular safety checks and corrective actions. Continuous Improvement Identify and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline processes. Leverage opportunities for operational enhancement within the new warehouse environment. What We're Looking For Proven experience in warehouse leadership or management. Strong team leadership skills with the ability to build structure and stability. Excellent organisational capabilities and attention to detail. Ability to problem-solve, manage priorities, and drive performance. Experience managing KPIs, particularly DIFOT. Understanding of warehouse systems. Safety-conscious, proactive, and driven by continuous improvement.
