Applications The College requires an Entry Level Laboratory Assistant to join the team that supports the very busy, collegial Science Faculty in the Senior School. The role will primarily be to assist a team of trained laboratory technicians in the preparation, maintenance and return of Science equipment for Year 10 students conducting individual research projects. This is a temporary, part-time (0.5 FTE) position, required for Term 1 of the 2026 school year. No previous training or qualifications are required, but some laboratory experience is desirable. It is expected that applicants will: have the ability to work well in a team. possess excellent administration, organisation and interpersonal skills. have the ability to complete tasks within set and competing timeframes. be capable of undertaking basic tasks under close supervision and to quickly raise concerns as soon as they arise. actively support the Christian ethos of PLC Sydney. abide by the Staff Code of Conduct and other College policies.
