Description DP World is looking for a Manager – IT TechOps & User Support to lead IT operations and end-user support across our Oceania sites. You will manage a regional team of IT Technical Coordinators, oversee our outsourced Service Desk, and ensure reliable, high-quality support. You will also lead projects such as CCTV and access-control rollouts, new-site tech setups, and infrastructure upgrades, keeping our frontline technologies safe, stable, and aligned with DP World standards. Key Responsibilities – Lead day-to-day IT support and technical operations across multiple DP World Australia sites. Manage the outsourced Service Desk to ensure fast, reliable support for all users. Oversee vendors, contracts, and service performance, driving continuous improvement. Deliver IT projects such as CCTV upgrades, network extensions, new-site tech setups, and infrastructure refreshes. Support, coach, and develop a distributed team of IT Field Technicians and Support Analysts. Monitor service performance, resolve issues at the root, and enhance ITSM processes. Champion safety and ensure all IT work follows DP World’s standards. Qualifications, Skills and Experience required: Tertiary IT qualification and ITIL certification (Microsoft/Cisco certifications a plus). 10 years in IT service delivery or technical operations; 5 years managing multi-site teams. Experience with outsourced Service Desk and vendor management. Proven track record in IT infrastructure and operational project delivery. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. Customer-focused mindset and proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools. Logistics or industrial experience is a bonus.
