The Role Based at St George's Care Centre in Bayswater, your role as a Cleaner is to ensure our aged care facility is a safe, spotless, and welcoming space for residents. Through attentive cleaning and care, you’ll help create an environment that feels like home. This is a Part-time role offering 16 hours per fortnight. Week 1 Saturday: 1030-1330 Sunday: 1030-1330 Week 2 Wednesday: 0800-1330 Saturday: 1030-1330 What you’ll do Demonstrates competent time management techniques in cleaning routine Vacuums, sweeps, dusts and mops all designated areas Follows cleaning schedule Maintains appropriate resident interactions in line with the organisational values Considers resident lifestyles and personal choice Maintains effective interpersonal relationships What you’ll need Evidence of COVID-19 and Current Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policies Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity) Successful completion of pre-employment medical and reference checks NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain) Proven organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, as required Willingness to attend 1 day paid induction at our Rivervale Training Institute Please note this is an internal vacancy.
