Our People Awards - On-the-spot Recognition, Quarterly Values Awards & Our People Annual Awards Access to our Employee Assistance Program Duties It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Claims Admin Assistant you will: Provide a range of administration and processing support services, including document exception handling, new claim registration, records management, routine financial transactions and correspondence to support the effective operation of Home Building Compensation claims across HBCF. Closely partner with our third-party service providers to provide efficient and effective administrative claims support across NSW. Build and maintain human centric relationships with external and internal stakeholders by providing excellent customer service via phone and email. Collect and compile information for and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with organisational requirements, to support information flow and inform quality decision making. Complete routine financial transactions ensuring compliance to regulatory, legislative and icare requirements. Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required, to ensure the provision of accurate information and customer satisfaction. Update and maintain records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible. Skills & Experience Previous administration experience in workers compensation is desirable. Experience in dealing with various systems and databases.
