We are looking for an experienced Retirement Village Coordinator to join our team at Mertome Aged Care Home and Retirement Village in Bayswater on a full-time basis. The village is comprised of over 100 units, and is connected to a 76-bed aged care facility. About the role Reporting to the Executive Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all property management and renting related enquiries. The role oversees the full operation of the retirement village, including customer relationships, property and financial management, compliance, and asset maintenance. It also drives culture, education, and community engagement to ensure high-quality service delivery. What you’ll bring Ideally, you’ll have experience managing retirement village style accommodation, with solid knowledge of the Retirement Villages Act 1992 and subsidiary legislation, rules and regulations. A background in property management is essential, as are strong budgetary, billing and finance skills. In addition to this, we’ll also require the following: National Police Clearance (obtained in previous six months) NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain) 2025 Influenza vaccination (or willingness to obtain) Full working rights in Australia.
