Description About the Role We’re seeking a Corporate Communications & Media Specialist to join QIC’s Communications & Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, you’ll play a key role in shaping QIC’s reputation globally by delivering strategic media relations and corporate communication initiatives. You will: Assist to develop and implement communication plans that promote QIC’s brand and market position. Assist in managing media relationships and respond to enquiries. Draft high-quality media statements, thought leadership content, speeches and corporate announcements. Support reputational risk management. Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with QIC’s strategic priorities. Key Criteria Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5 years’ experience in corporate communications, ideally within professional services (preferably financial services or B2B audiences). Proven media relations and reputation management experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Preferred: Experience in funds management or financial services. Familiarity with global markets and investor communications.
