Flexible availability to attend rostered morning or afternoon shift. Proven commitment to Safe Work Practises. Excellent employment-related references. WHAT DOES THE POSITION INVOLVE From Day 1 you will receive on-the-job training from experienced Operators and Supervisors. In time you will have a major influence on machine productivity, quality control, operational efficiency and waste minimisation. Following a period of probation your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Production line set up, machine operation and wash-up. Troubleshooting, fault finding. Training and supervision of your team. Consistent compliance to company, quality and product standards. Maintain a clean, hygienic and safe work environment. Accurate completion of relevant paperwork and production records. CANDIDATES WHO ATTEND INTERVIEW WILL ALSO COMPLETE: Mechanical aptitude assessments: Written mechanical competency assessment.
