Due to continued growth, they are seeking a hands-on Team Leader to guide a small team of production welders in a clean, modern, and fast-paced workshop environment. This is a practical, on-the-tools leadership role where you will lead by example, support your team, and ensure production goals are met with strong quality standards. Flexibility is essential, as the work varies daily, and the team works together across multiple fabrication tasks.
