Description Role : Project Manager Employment Type : Full – Time Permanent Location: Brisbane Airport, QLD We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to work on multiple projects for one of our key clients. The Project Manager plays a critical role in our organization, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is essential for achieving customer satisfaction and maintaining our commitment to safety, compliance, and excellence. Role & Responsibilities Manage project completion within specified time, budget, and quality standards. Lead, communicate, and coordinate teams, resources, and subcontractors effectively. Ensure full compliance with contracts, business systems, and WHSEQ policies. Develop and monitor project budgets to achieve revenue, cost, and profit targets. Participate in client meetings, contract finalization, and requirements development. Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive management. Plan for risk mitigation and meet project deadlines. Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects. Manage teams, contractors, and improve business processes to meet customer expectations. Oversee project documentation, records, and regulatory compliance. Participate in the tender process, including design, submission, and review. Essential Qualifications & Experience: Diploma/Graduate Diploma of Project Management; or equivalent . General Induction for the Construction Industry card. Proven track record in project & Capex program delivery. Strong contract management skills for consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Compliance with QA, OH&S, and environmental management systems. Adaptive problem-solving with a flexible approach. Experience with PM software ( Aconex, Procore or equivalent ) Desirable Knowledge/Experience: Experience in Life cycle asset replacement programs Integrated services and property model experience. Strong relationship management with a focus on key client relationships. Experience in 24/7 live environment project delivery. Trade or technical background (e.g. HVAC, electrical, carpentry) Professional memberships (AIPM, Engineers Australia, AIQS) Engineering qualifications are not mandatory—strong delivery and communication capability are highly regarded.
