Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Digital Solution Development Executive to join our Digital Business Unit team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving the sales, execution, and profitability of Iron Mountain's (IRM's) Digital solutions for a defined segment of our enterprise accounts. You will act as the digital subject matter expert, leveraging a passion for problem-solving and a customer-obsessed mindset to enable IRM customers to achieve their digital transformation goals. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will: Lead and Drive Digital Sales: Proactively identify, qualify, and execute end-to-end sales cycles for a portfolio of accounts, focusing on upselling and cross-selling digital solutions, including digitization services, intelligent document processing, and cloud solutions. Develop Strategic Customer Partnerships: Collaborate and team effectively with internal Iron Mountain sales teams and external senior-level business stakeholders to assess digital needs, develop and implement strategic business plans, and maximize the IRM digital value proposition. Ensure Deal Success and Profitability: Coordinate all deal logistics and secure necessary approvals across internal departments (sales, operations, legal), lead the negotiation process, and effectively translate customer requirements into compelling, high-impact value propositions. What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in large, complex services-based organisations, selling to executive-level buyers. Strong knowledge of enterprise-level digital transformation solutions, including data management, Intelligent Document Processing, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) modelling, and Information Governance. Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and translate complex customer needs into clear, data-driven solution requirements and compelling high-impact value propositions. Tertiary education from a recognised institution OR equivalent professional experience in lieu of education.
