Based in northern metropolitan Adelaide our client is a is a leading supplier and distributer of valves, pipelines and oilfield products. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to manage the selling of their industrial products to clients around Australia. Your responsibilities would include: Main Duties Formulation and implementation of policies and plans for sales and marketing in consultation with the management team Managing, developing, building and growing existing and new key accounts Planning, organising and controlling the sales and marketing activities by setting product mix, sales areas and customer service standards Acquire and maintain your knowledge of the goods and services sold and those of direct competitors Establish strategies and maintain a professional relationship with customers Assessing customer needs to increase sales activities Provide Technical support when needed. Promote and Build Brand awareness Provide quotations and negotiate prices, assist in the management of orders Identify/Create new Customer opportunities. Follow up existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and to provide feedback to management Requirements Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills. Competent Computer Skills.
