About the Role As an experienced Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in shaping the customer experience in our new format. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in customer service, product knowledge, and in-store operations. You will also be supporting leadership tasks such as opening and closing the store, supporting new team members. You will: Build trusted relationships with customers, especially new and expectant parents Share expert knowledge and confidently demonstrate our wide product range Support merchandising and stock management to maintain a high standard Be a steady, reliable presence with the opportunity to step into more responsibility About You You are a capable and dependable retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting. You take initiative, lead by example, and bring a warm, knowledgeable presence to your work. You will bring: ✅ 2 years of retail or customer service experience ✅ Strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset ✅ Experience mentoring team members or acting in a leadership capacity ✅ Confidence managing customer concerns and resolving issues professionally ✅ A hands-on attitude – able to lift stock (up to 15kg), work on your feet, and stay engaged ✅ Availability to work regular shifts and contribute to a positive team culture Why Join Baby Bunting?
