Experienced Plant Operators - Civil & Remediation Projects We are seeking skilled and reliable plant operators to join our team on a variety of civil, demolition, and remediation projects across the Shoalhaven region. This is a hands-on role operating modern machinery to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes on site. Key Responsibilities: Operate a variety of construction plant including excavators (3-35 tonne), rollers, water carts, graders, trucks, and trailers. Support earthworks, demolition, and asbestos/soil remediation projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sites. Follow strict safety procedures and maintain compliance with all industry and regulatory standards. Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure tasks are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. Contribute to a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement on site. Requirements: Proven experience operating construction plant and machinery in civil or remediation environments. Must hold valid ACT Silica and Asbestos tickets. Must hold a valid White Card. Must hold a current driver's licence and have reliable transport to site. Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and industry best practices. Reliable, practical, and able to work effectively independently and as part of a team. Relevant licences or additional tickets are advantageous but not essential.
