Benefits $75k Super Commission Company Car Phone Monday to Friday Great team Culture About the role As a Store Manager you will be responsible for the following: Drive and conduct best in class customer service and sales management/training to staff Inventory Management Manage and drive incoming customer inquiries, workshop job management, instore sales & services to ensure all sales opportunities are optimized Manage store staff in all aspects recruitment, performance management, training, rostering, coverage, KPI reviews, all with the help of the Company's support team's Provide the highest levels of service to customers ensuring you maximise any sales opportunity Pick & pack stock for the operation and load and unload vehicles as required.
