Our client delivers holistic and high-quality allied health services across Southeast Queensland, supporting participants to achieve meaningful outcomes and improved daily function. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who is looking to step into a position that blends advanced clinical work with leadership, mentoring and service development. About the Role As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will provide expert clinical services while supporting the broader allied health team through supervision, coaching and collaborative service delivery. You will conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, deliver evidence-based therapy and work closely with participants, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to support goal attainment. You will also contribute to program development, quality improvement, professional standards, and the onboarding and mentoring of junior clinicians. Key Responsibilities Include: Deliver high-quality clinical assessments and tailored occupational therapy interventions Support, mentor and supervise allied health clinicians, students and new graduates Provide clinical guidance and contribute to service improvement initiatives Participate in case discussions, team meetings and interdisciplinary programs Maintain accurate and compliant documentation and reporting Travel to participant homes when required across South East Queensland Support the development and maintenance of discipline-specific resources and processes Ensure compliance with professional standards, NDIS requirements and organisational policies What You Will Bring: Essential: Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy Current AHPRA registration First Aid & CPR NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical reasoning, assessment and intervention skills Excellent communication and report-writing abilities Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team Desirable: Experience within disability, community or related sectors Prior experience mentoring or supervising clinicians Why This Role?
