What you’ll be doing: Owning the full-cycle recruitment process for our critical mid-level technology and commercial roles. Partnering directly with our founders and leadership team to understand needs and build a robust talent pipeline. Acting as a key brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our fast-paced, innovative culture. Designing and implementing a scalable, efficient talent acquisition system where none currently exists.
