The Opportunity This position will see you reporting directly into the Lead - Financial Accounting and is responsible for a ssisting the efficient and effective day to day operation of the Company’s end-to-end Financial Accounting function, ensuring SOX and Financial Accounting compliance. Perform the end-to-end Financial Accounting functions Preparation of Financial reporting Support Financial Accounting compliance and lodgments Administration of the Financial Accounting master data Maintain knowledge and understanding of Financial Accounting regulations, laws, EAs, contracts, policies, procedures, and controls Assist with all Financial Accounting functions and processes Skills And Experiences About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: At least 5–7 years of experience across both professional practice and commercial settings Tertiary qualifications in accounting i.e Bachelor of Commerce CA or CPA Strong technical knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships Demonstrated experience managing ATO compliance Exposure to project-based revenue recognition, fixed assets and contract accounting environments Be rewarded at CPP.
