Job Description In this fixed-term 12 month full time hybrid opportunity , 3 days based in the offices in Richmond, and 2 days work from home, you will collaborate with Epworth’s internal digital delivery team to create visually appealing and intuitively designed digital interfaces. This role focuses on understanding patient and doctors needs, conducting design research and usability testing, and implementing interactive solutions to enhance overall patient and doctor digital experiences. As a key member of the Digitise team, you will report to the Product Manager and contribute to shaping our digital strategy. You Will Make an Impact By: Designing seamless and engaging interfaces and workflows for the Doctor App and Patient Portal, enhancing the user experience across both web and mobile platforms Conducting user research and usability testing to inform and refine design solutions, ensuring they meet user needs and expectations. Staying abreast of industry trends and applying relevant innovations to enhance our product designs. Ensuring designs meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) to provide an inclusive experience for all users. Participating in quarterly planning and workshops to contribute to product strategy and prioritise features effectively. You Will Have: 2-5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects and problem-solving capabilities. Experience working closely with developers and cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Expertise in conducting user research and usability testing, and integrating findings into the design process. Proficiency in UI design tools (e.g., Figma), user-centred design principles, and behavioural analytics tools. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform, will be highly regarded to enhance your ability to integrate design solutions with existing business systems.
