As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Ford Australia CRM touchpoints, dedicated to crafting and delivering an exceptional, seamless customer journey from initial prospect engagement through to our most loyal owners. This role is central to enhancing customer relationships and driving loyalty. Reporting to the Marketing Manager for CRM, Connectivity & Privacy, this role will be based at our Richmond National Sales Company office on a hybrid schedule (four days in-office). Customer for Life (C4L) Program Ownership: Strategically manage the entire C4L program, including content development and overseeing all customer touchpoints, such as the Percepta outbound team. CRM Campaign Development & Execution: Develop and execute the CRM components of product and service marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless integration into the broader customer journey. Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide comprehensive results to stakeholders. Lead Generation Management: Lead and manage all lead generation efforts originating from Ford.com.au and third-party sources, providing necessary training and communications to Field staff. Data Request Fulfillment: Act as a liaison with the Data-hub team to support the business with ad-hoc prospect and owner data requests (e.g., for Market Research, ACCC Campaigns). Salesforce Marketing Cloud Enhancement: Support the launch and ongoing development of Salesforce Marketing Cloud by providing expert input and guidance on new features and communications to continuously enhance the Australian customer journey. Privacy & Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all privacy laws across all customer touchpoints and communications, supporting the privacy officer as required. CRM Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the CRM SME on cross-functional customer experience projects, providing critical input and support. Champion CRM best practices across the business, upholding the C4L core principles of: "Put the customer first," "Exchange value," and "Make it real." Budget & Creative Support: Support the CRM Manager with budget management, creative Statements of Work (SoW), and outbound SoW. Education: Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field. CRM Expertise: Proven experience in developing and managing comprehensive CRM programs. Communication & Acumen: Strong written communication skills combined with robust business acumen and a deep understanding of customer needs. Agency Collaboration: Demonstrated experience briefing and effectively collaborating with agency teams, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to proof agency executions thoroughly. Technical Proficiency: Previous experience with CRM/LMS systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
