T his fast-paced and dynamic role will see you working closely with the Bid & Marketing Manager to assist in coordinating EOIs and tenders for our Southern Region Business, the submissions will be across various departments including Civil Construction, Asphalt & Spray Seal Surfacing, Bituminous Products, Quarrying and Manufacturing. This role will initially be based in our Noble Park office with the potential to transition to a hybrid option in the future. Key responsibilities: Coordination of EOI and tender submissions, making sure they are answered to a high quality and to deadline; Collaborate with estimators, bid managers, and other stakeholders to manage tender timetables and submission schedules.; Prepare, format, and proof tender documentation using Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, and other design packages. Collect information, source graphics, and provide technical writing assistance to various teams; Formatting of documents to a high standard in both Word and design packages; Ensuring brand consistency across all submissions; Develop and maintain organised folder systems, document libraries, and registers; Support ad hoc administration and submission-related tasks as required. About You: Minimum 5 years’ experience in submissions/bid coordination, tender management, or proposals—ideally within construction or civil infrastructure. Demonstrated success leading multiple, concurrent tender submissions under tight deadlines. Strong stakeholder management, working with cross-functional teams and senior managers to gather and coordinate information. High-level document management skills—including compilation, formatting, editing, and brand compliance—particularly using Microsoft Word and InDesign. Demonstrated experience in writing and collating content for EOI and tender submissions; Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including other software programs such as InDesign and Photoshop; Exceptional attention to detail, editing, and proofreading.; Confident, clear communicator who builds positive relationships.
