About the Role As a Creative Designer, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality creative assets across print, digital, packaging and point-of-sale materials. You’ll also develop branding and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver design solutions that align with brand positioning, tone, and messaging. This is a hands-on role where you’ll proactively manage the creative process from brief, to concept and delivery, ensuring consistency and excellence in every output. This role is a fixed-term maternity leave cover, part-time position, working three days a week, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday based at our Berkeley Vale office on the Central Coast. Key responsibilities Develop and deliver creative assets including product packaging (2D & 3D renders), posters, flyers, banners, logos, presentation templates and digital assets, point-of-sale materials, brand concepts and artwork Modify and retouch existing assets Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and stakeholder expectations Support broader studio projects and contribute to team goals Use AI tools and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance design efficiency Explore, share and implement new tools and technologies with the team and in creative work About you: Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or Visual Communications Minimum 3 years’ experience in Graphic Design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) Experience with Adobe After Effects, Dimension, Premiere (desirable) Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Ability to work autonomously and within a team High attention to detail and time management skills All applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have the legal right to work in Australia At Sanitarium, we’re more than just a food company.
