Juniper Riverslea in Mount Lawley is currently seeking an experienced CNM to join the team on a full-time basis, working Monday-Friday. This is a position for a dynamic, experienced nurse who is a hands-on leader and works well within small teams. The role has a component of administration linked to clinical governance, NQUIPS, audits and care documentation and also incorporates working alongside the Registered and Enrolled Nurses and care staff in providing excellent care and support to our residents and families. Your Role: As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will oversee clinical and care services, collaborating with the Residential Manager and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership, coordinate resident care, and facilitate the delivery of person-centered services at the site. Working with the Residential Manager and Allied Health practitioners, you will ensure all services are delivered in a manner that maintains residents' quality of life and respects their individual rights. The successful candidate will be working alongside two other CNMs, working Monday-Friday. Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive clinical assessment and review of residents' care needs Provide leadership and promote a collaborative approach to clinical and care staff to ensure delivery of person-centered care Actively support and work cohesively with the clinical care team Support the Residential Manager in identifying training needs and performance management of clinical and care staff Facilitate and coordinate the admission process for new residents Review residents' assessments prior to requests for AN-ACC re-classifications Completion of Mandatory Quality Indicator Data Analysis of monthly clinical KPI data Review and investigation of clinical incidents Support staff to encourage the enablement of transition care clients ensuring the best outcomes for the clients Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
